7300

A 7300 day journal

Journaling works. It just never had a finish line.

Writing your day down is one of the most studied habits there is. People who kept a weekly gratitude journal rated their lives more highly than people who didn't (Emmons and McCullough, 2003).

A daily habit takes about 66 days to stick (Lally et al., 2009). What none of it gives you is an end date. So we set one: twenty years of living with intention. 7300 days, one entry at a time.

And because telling your day to someone beats telling it to a blank page, we gave you someone to tell.

Meet Blanksy.

He's a robot from the outer rim who crash-landed here. He learns about our planet from what you share with him, and does his best to fit in along the way. Give it time and you might even learn a thing or two about where he's from.

Make today day 1 of your long horizon.

120days told out loud so far

Blanksy is a fictional character, and like any AI he can be wrong. He is here for company, not for facts. The details.
